Role Description
The Learning and Development (L&D) Program Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing training programs for operational, rider, and corporate teams. This role includes assessing learning needs, creating structured training roadmaps, and managing content within learning management systems to support consistent skill development across the organization. The L&D Program Manager will collaborate closely with operations, HR, and leadership teams to develop instructional materials, deliver virtual and blended learning sessions, and monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance data. Day-to-day responsibilities involve facilitating coaching sessions, refining curricula based on logistics and customer service requirements, and ensuring that all training programs align with company goals for speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong skills in Training & Development, including designing and managing programs for diverse employee groups.
- Skills in Learning Management, such as administering learning platforms and tracking training participation and outcomes.
- Skills in Instructional Design, including creating structured, clear, and engaging learning materials and modules.
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, provide feedback, and support continuous learning.
- Experience in logistics, courier services, or fast-paced operational environments is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in L&D.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and data-driven approaches to measuring training impact is an advantage.
