Learning & Development Lead (Business School)
Interim 12-Month FTC
Swindon (Hybrid 2–3 days)

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Manager for its Business School/Academy on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a high-profile player-manager role, leading a small team of two and owning the development portfolio for Financial Advisers. You will shape and deliver learning strategies that support adviser competence, professional excellence and regulatory readiness.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee technical, advice and capability development programmes, ensuring learning remains commercially relevant, innovative and aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- Significant L&D experience within regulated financial, wealth, mortgage advice or a similar environment.
- UK Level 4 Diploma and strong knowledge of training within regulated financial advice.
- A solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating business needs into effective learning solutions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-profile role.
