Learning & Development Manager, Lincolnshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a leading law firm. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of learning and development initiatives and make a real impact across the organisation. OVERVIEW
- A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a growing organisation and play a key role in developing its people.
- You will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of learning and development initiatives across the firm.
- Working closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders, you will identify development needs and introduce effective learning solutions.
- The role will include supporting career development and progression, leadership development, professional skills and wider organisational learning.
- You will also oversee the effective coordination and administration of training programmes, ensuring a positive experience for colleagues.
- You will monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and use feedback to continually improve the firm's approach to development.
- The successful candidate will be an experienced L&D professional with excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within professional services or a legal environment would be advantageous, although candidates from other relevant sectors will also be considered.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional looking for a varied role where they can make a genuine contribution to the continued development of an established organisation.
