Learning & Development Manager
Renfrewshire
£50,000 - £55,000
This is a business entering a genuinely exciting new chapter. With major investment, renewed momentum and ambitious long-term plans in place, the organisation is now focused on strengthening capability, developing leaders and building a culture that supports sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible Learning & Development role with genuine influence across leadership, culture and workforce capability. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and operational leaders to modernise learning, strengthen leadership capability and drive meaningful organisational change across a predominantly blue-collar workforce.

About You
- You’ll come from a hands-on industrial/manufacturing/engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast-moving business.
- Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation.
- Resilient, credible, and confident enough to challenge, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations.
- Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce.
