We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy and help create a culture where people can grow, develop, and thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence learning, talent development, and leadership capability across the organisation, ensuring our people have the skills and support they need to succeed.
About the Role
As Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver RBVE's Learning & Development strategy.
- Identify skills gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
- Design and deliver leadership, management, and soft skills training programmes.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, training budgets, and external learning providers.
- Measure the impact of learning programmes and provide insights to senior leaders.

About You
You will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven Learning & Development and/or Talent Development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness.
