We believe exceptional businesses are built by exceptional people. As our global retail network continues to grow, we are investing in talented individuals who will help shape the next chapter of LUCA FALONI's success.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role operating across both Retail and Human Resources, reporting within a matrix organisation.
Working in close partnership with both functions, you will ensure that learning initiatives directly support our people strategy, customer experience ambitions and commercial objectives.
You will own the end-to-end learning journey for both retail and corporate teams—from onboarding and product education to leadership development and continuous capability building. While this role includes defining the learning strategy, it is equally focused on execution.
You will create engaging learning experiences, evaluate outcomes and continuously improve programmes to ensure they generate measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical, scalable learning solutions and takes pride in seeing initiatives through to successful implementation. You will balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, ensuring learning is embedded across the organisation and becomes a genuine driver of performance, engagement and growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
