Using learning platforms, tools, and evidence-based design principles, the Learning Partner creates practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across the organisation. The role evaluates learning impact using data, feedback, and performance indicators, using insights to continuously improve programme design and demonstrate value to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess capability needs, agree priorities, and shape learning plans aligned to business strategy
  • Design blended learning programmes using a range of development methods informed by adult learning principles
  • Facilitate high-impact learning and team sessions, including leadership programmes, talent development, L&D programmes and workshops.
  • Own end-to-end programme design: define outcomes, create learner journeys and materials, pilot/iterate, and ensure learning is embedded and sustainable in day-to-day practice
  • Leverage learning tools and platforms to build and curate digital learning, enable self-directed development, and scale high-impact programmes across the organisation
  • Manage learning initiatives end-to-end (scope, stakeholders, governance, suppliers, delivery, and evaluation), ensuring quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes

  • Demonstrated learning design capability and hands-on experience with learning tools and platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with experience influencing senior leaders, challenging constructively, and managing competing priorities
  • Proven knowledge of best-practice learning design and evaluation (e.g. needs analysis, learning outcomes, and impact measurement) and awareness of emerging L&D trends
  • Experience of programme and project management (planning, governance, risk/issue management, and supplier/vendor management)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
