About the Role

We are seeking an experienced interim Learning & Development Partner (LMS Lead) to play a key role in delivering a high-quality learning and development service that supports organisational priorities, enhances colleague capability, and maximises the value of our Learning Management System (LMS). Based on a hybrid working model, this is an exciting opportunity to influence learning strategy, lead LMS development, and create engaging learning experiences across a diverse workforce. This is initially a temp role up to 3 months but could turn into a permanent opportunity.

Your New Role

As the Learning & Development Partner, you will partner with managers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, recommend effective learning solutions, and drive the continuous improvement of learning systems and processes. You will take ownership of LMS administration, development and enhancement, ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, compliance and an excellent user experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System.
  • Designing and delivering engaging learning interventions, including digital, virtual, face-to-face and blended learning solutions.
  • Managing learning projects and LMS work streams, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales.
  • Creating learner communications, guidance and promotional materials to support engagement.
  • Analysing learning data and providing insight to improve participation, compliance and learning impact.
  • Managing relationships with external learning providers and suppliers.
  • Supporting users with LMS queries, troubleshooting issues and driving service improvements.
  • Ensuring learning records and system data are maintained in line with governance, compliance and GDPR requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
