About the Role

Brook Green Supply (BGS) is a leading independent B2B energy supplier, delivering tailored energy supply and Net-Zero solutions to industrial and commercial consumers.

Reporting to the L&D Manager, the Learning & Development Partner will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning across the business. The role will focus primarily on soft skills training, manager capability, and employee development, while also creating consistency for onboarding and systems training where required.

We are looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and genuine passion for L&D, with a commitment to helping people build capability and thrive in their careers.

Essential Functions of the Job

Learning Design and Delivery

  • Design and deliver engaging, outcomes-based learning content across topics such as management and leadership skills, personal effectiveness, commercial skills, and business skills workshops.
  • Create blended learning solutions, including workshops, eLearning, guides, toolkits, self-led resources, and bite-sized learning materials.
  • Support key development initiatives including management development, career development, mentoring, and internal learning events.
  • Adapt learning content to meet the needs of different audiences and levels of experience.
  • Partner with the business and subject matter experts to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
  • Help managers build onboarding and systems training that is effective and consistent.
  • Manage LMS tasks, including uploading eLearning and classroom training, enrolment, scheduling, tracking, and reporting on learning and development activity.
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of training across the business.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
  • Translate business requirements into practical learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to understand team challenges and capability gaps.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyse participant feedback, completion data, and facilitator observations to evaluate training and programme effectiveness.
  • Use insight to recommend improvements to learning content, delivery methods, and programme design.
  • Keep learning materials up to date, relevant, and aligned to business needs.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working in Learning & Development, training, or a related people development role.
  • Confidence designing and delivering technical and/or soft skills training in a business environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning modules. Experience developing eLearning content is advantageous.
  • Ability to create engaging, practical, and easy-to-understand learning materials.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with employees at different levels of seniority.
  • Able to understand business needs and translate them into learning solutions.
