About Us

At NEXT Wholly Owned Brands, we’re a collective of London-based fashion and lifestyle brands. From our beginnings with Lipsy in 1998, to becoming part of the UK’s largest fashion retailer, NEXT, in 2008 we’ve evolved into a group of bold, design-led brands, each with its unique identity.

At the heart of our business is a passionate team driven by creativity, innovation, and a shared ambition to deliver exceptional results. We foster a culture where individuality is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and challenging the status quo is part of how we grow.

Role Purpose

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will take ownership of key learning projects, managing the full learning lifecycle for colleagues across the business. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will identify learning needs, design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in embedding a strong learning culture, leveraging tools such as Thrive (LMS) to enhance the colleague experience. With a focus on innovation, you will explore and implement AI, emerging technologies and new learning trends to ensure our approach remains forward-thinking, relevant and effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
