Role Purpose

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will take ownership of key learning projects, managing the full learning lifecycle for colleagues across the business. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will identify learning needs, design and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in embedding a strong learning culture, leveraging tools such as Thrive (LMS) to enhance the colleague experience. With a focus on innovation, you will explore and implement AI, emerging technologies and new learning trends to ensure our approach remains forward-thinking, relevant and effective.

Role Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Own full learning cycle experience for key learning streams – learning needs analysis, content design and development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bring new and exciting ideas that challenge the current way we provide learning solutions
  • Facilitate workshops for manager and non-manager populations
  • Evaluate and report on the impact of training programmes, and use your findings to continuously improve our offering
  • Drive a high-engagement learning culture across the business
  • Develop learners at all levels of the business, remaining influential and impactful, whoever you’re working with
  • Provide individual coaching support to drive development and performance
  • Work with partners within the business and HR to design and deliver bespoke solutions and follow-up meetings on strategic deliverables
  • Contribute to the performance management process
  • Breadth - Support on wider HR projects
  • Contribute to the Belonging strategy, delivering tangible solutions that embed inclusion in our company culture

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience owning the full training cycle from identification to impact review
  • Confident and engaging facilitation style for diverse audiences
  • Strong ability to counsel and influence business partners and colleagues within the wider People Team
  • Highly organised with strong planning abilities and a sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High standard of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
