Learning & Development Consultant
Initial 3 month contract, 3 days per week
£400pd outside IR35
Hybrid (Buckinghamshire)
We are currently working with a charity who are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to design and build a new digital learning capability across the organisation.
The immediate priority is to develop and deliver a mandatory Cyber Security Education Programme ahead of its November/December 2026 launch, while establishing the foundations for wider digital, data, AI and cyber learning pathways.

Key responsibilities

- Design and build modular digital, data, AI and cyber learning programmes.
- Lead the development of the mandatory cyber security education programme.
- Work with People & Culture to support wider change and adoption activity.
- Develop role-relevant learning pathways for staff and volunteers.
- Recommend an approach to LMS use, compliance tracking and onboarding.
About you
- Strong background in Learning & Development or training design.
- Experience designing modular or blended learning programmes from scratch.
- Proven ability to deliver learning programmes to tight timelines.
- Experience developing digital or cyber security education.
- Experience delivering mandatory compliance training would be desirable.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and change-adoption methodologies would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working 3 days per week within a small, fast-paced team.
