In this role you will help shape the success of key transformation initiatives by delivering engaging learning solutions that build capability, drive adoption, and support our people through change.
What You'll Be Doing…
Drive Learning Through Transformation
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that support key business transformation projects.
Shape Readiness & Adoption Strategies
- Develop training strategies aligned to project milestones, release schedules, business readiness activities and go-live plans.
Partner for Change Success
- Collaborate closely with Change Managers, Project Managers and business stakeholders to drive adoption, capability and change outcomes.
Embed Learning into Project Delivery
- Integrate learning activities within broader project and change frameworks to ensure sustainable behaviour change and successful implementation.
Create Engaging Learning Experiences
- Design and coordinate training plans, learning resources and capability initiatives that build confidence and competence.
Enable Continuous Improvement
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes and ways of working, while measuring learning effectiveness and continuously enhancing learning approaches.

What You'll Bring
- Thrive in Complex Project Environments – Experience working within project, program, or large-scale transformation environments.
- Deliver Learning That Drives Results – Proven success supporting learning and capability initiatives across complex business and technology projects.
- Champion Change & Adoption – Experience partnering closely with Change Management teams, or direct experience leading change and adoption activities.
- Create Engaging Digital Learning Experiences – Experience designing and developing learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), video creation and editing tools, and other contemporary digital learning platforms.
- Leverage Modern Project Tools – Experience using project collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira will be highly regarded.
- Build Strong Stakeholder Partnerships – Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
- Navigate Change with Confidence – Comfortable managing competing priorities, adapting to evolving timelines, and responding effectively to changing project needs.
- Bring Salesforce Transformation Experience – Exposure to Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-enabled business transformation programs will be highly advantageous.
- Focus on Practical Business Outcomes – Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to capability uplift, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
