Learning & Development Specialist

Bristol | Permanent

We're recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a well-established organisation in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others learn, develop and succeed. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support a range of learning initiatives, deliver engaging training and contribute towards a positive learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organisation
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Create and maintain engaging learning materials and support resources
  • Assist with onboarding and employee development programmes
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and development opportunities

About You

  • Experience within Learning & Development, Training, Employee Development or Learning Support
  • Confident delivering training and facilitating workshops
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to create professional learning materials and documentation
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
