Learning & Development Specialist
Bristol | Permanent
We're recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a well-established organisation in Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others learn, develop and succeed. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support a range of learning initiatives, deliver engaging training and contribute towards a positive learning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the organisation
- Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities
- Create and maintain engaging learning materials and support resources
- Assist with onboarding and employee development programmes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and development opportunities

About You
- Experience within Learning & Development, Training, Employee Development or Learning Support
- Confident delivering training and facilitating workshops
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to create professional learning materials and documentation
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
