Robert Half is partnering with a growing B2B energy supplier who are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join their collaborative HR team. This is a hands-on L&D role with a big focus on designing, creating and delivering engaging learning programmes across the business.
🎨 The Role
Designing and delivering engaging training programmes from scratch across management, leadership, personal effectiveness and wider business skills.
Creating a real mix of learning content, from interactive workshops and eLearning to toolkits and bite-sized resources.
Helping drive initiatives around management development, career development and mentoring, including an upcoming mentoring programme.
Facilitating training yourself and adapting your style for different audiences and levels of seniority.
Working closely with managers, senior leaders and subject matter experts to understand capability gaps and turn them into practical learning solutions.
Using feedback and insight to continuously improve programmes and make sure learning stays relevant and impactful.

✨ Who are we looking for?
Someone bubbly, creative and confident who enjoys facilitation and wants to bring fresh ideas to L&D.
You’ll ideally have:
Around 3+ years’ experience within L&D, training or people development
Strong examples of training you have personally designed AND delivered
Brilliant facilitation and presentation skills
Confidence partnering with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management
The ability to take a business challenge and turn it into engaging, practical learning
Experience with LMS/eLearning would be beneficial
Plenty of ideas, energy and curiosity, with a genuine passion for helping people develop

🤝 The Team & Culture
You’ll sit within the HR team, working closely with the L&D Manager while building relationships right across the business. This is a role with plenty of visibility, including working with managers and senior stakeholders, so you’ll need to be confident, credible and great at building trust. The formal JD confirms the role reports into the L&D Manager and partners with managers, leaders and subject matter experts across the organisation.
