About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, we help organisations better understand, develop and retain talent. As our product and internal people practices continue to evolve, we are looking for a Learning & Development / Talent Specialist to support employee development initiatives and contribute to talent-related product work.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of modern Learning & Development, talent development and digital learning. You will help turn development needs into practical learning journeys, individual development plans and measurable talent initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of L&D, competency development, talent management and digital learning. You will work closely with HR, Product and business teams to ensure development programmes are relevant, structured and connected to real employee and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of individual development plans and learning journeys.
- Help define competencies, skill gaps and development priorities.
- Coordinate learning and talent development initiatives.
- Support the creation of digital learning and microlearning content.
- Work with managers to identify employee development needs.
- Track learning participation, progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to competency frameworks and career development structures.
- Research current practices in L&D, talent development and learning technology.
- Support Product and HR teams with learning-related initiatives and product requirements.

What We're Looking For
Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Corporate Learning, EdTech or a related field.
- Experience designing or coordinating employee development programmes.
- Understanding of competency-based development and individual development plans.
- Experience working with LMS, LXP or other digital learning platforms would be an advantage.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS or international company would be beneficial.
Skills
- Good understanding of modern L&D and talent development practices.
- Ability to translate development needs into practical learning activities and structured development plans.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Good understanding of competencies, skills and career development frameworks.
- Experience working with digital learning content and tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across HR, Product and business teams.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
AI
- AI should already be part of your daily workflow.
- We expect you to be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms for learning design, content development, research, personalisation and analysis.
- Experience using AI to create adaptive learning content, microlearning materials, development recommendations or learning workflows would be a strong advantage.
