Description

Great People Work Here.

Transforming WHAT we do and HOW we do it.

We are embarking on a huge program of global business transformation enabled by the implementation of a new global technology solution. The delivery and embedding of this technology solution across our highly successful and highly de-centralized business will change the way we work forever, enabling greater data insight, simplification of processes and ways of working and creating greater collaboration across the business.

Our TwO OCM team are searching for a Learning and Adoption Specialist, to be a part of our biggest TwO Transformation programme “Optimus”. Initially this role will be delivering the learning and adoption for the remaining “waves” (go-lives), however this role may also look beyond the programme and be part of building learning and adoption digital excellence across TwO.

This is a fast paced and dynamic role and requires a Learning and Adoption Specialist who can demonstrate hands-on experience of delivering high quality digital learning content to drive end-user adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
