Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner - Leadership Development

Salary: up to £47,000

About the Role

Due to growth within our Organisational Development team, we’re looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to help shape and lead our leadership development offer. You’ll partner with leaders and teams across the organisation to understand their needs and develop the right leadership, coaching, and mentoring solutions to support our people and business priorities.

This is a strategic L&OD role where you will work closely with the business to shape our approach to leadership development, while managing the Leadership Development Specialist and L&OD Coordinator, leading our coaching strategy, and overseeing the quality and delivery of Priory’s ILM qualification centre.

This is a remote role, although you’ll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK occasionally, including occasional overnight stays.

What You'll Be Doing

You will take the lead on Priory’s leadership development offer, working closely with the business to build the skills, confidence, and capability our leaders need to succeed.

You will:

  • Lead the Priory Leadership Programme and REACH Leadership Programme, continually developing our offer based on business needs.
  • Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to understand organisational and leadership development needs and turn these into effective development solutions.
  • Lead Priory’s coaching strategy, developing our internal coaching community and embedding a strong culture of coaching and mentoring.
  • Use your own coaching expertise to support the quality and development of our internal coaching offer, including providing coaching supervision.
  • Oversee Priory’s ILM qualification centre, ensuring our programmes meet quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.
  • Use data, feedback, and insight to evaluate impact and continually improve our approach.
  • Manage the Leadership Development Specialist and L&OD Coordinator, supporting them to deliver high-quality development activity.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to the wider L&OD strategy across Priory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
