Learning Business Partner
Location: Broughton (On-Site)
Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible working pattern across the week)
Contract: Initially 9 months but likely to be extended
Security Clearance: BPSS Clearance required
Travel: Occasional travel, a few times per year maximum
IR35: Inside of IR35
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Learning Business Partner to support the delivery and deployment of training and development activities across a production environment. Acting as the primary learning contact for assigned business areas, you will ensure learning plans are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards whilst providing expert guidance on learning solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and support the deployment of learning plans across designated business areas.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand learning needs, priorities, and operational constraints.
- Assess the feasibility of learning initiatives and coordinate their successful implementation.
- Lead regular meetings with business representatives to review learning plans, monitor progress, and address potential challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact for all learning-related enquiries within your assigned area.
- Monitor current and future learning requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Analyse learning data, identify risks and challenges, and propose effective improvement actions.
- Collaborate with training administration providers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful training delivery.
- Support local and wider business learning projects as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional meetings and provide regular updates on learning activities and deployment progress.

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple business areas.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Experience coordinating activities, projects, or training programmes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or Employee Development environments.
- Training administration experience.
- Basic project management knowledge.
- Experience working with external providers or subcontractors.
- Experience operating within a manufacturing or production environment.
