Learning Coach for SEN Resource Provision (Dilkes PLC)
Band B/C Point 6 in the range 6-14: FTE £26,539 - £30,224 Actual £22,341 to £25,443
36.25 hours per week term time only
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, resilient staff member to join our team for this physically demanding role supporting and coaching primary-aged pupils who present with challenging behaviour. The ability to build rapport with pupils exhibiting extremely challenging behaviour is essential.
Working as part of a specialist team within a main school setting, the successful candidate will be given full training and support.

Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
