Customer Complaints Handler

£27,500 - £28,000 per annum
Basildon, Essex
Full Time, Permanent
40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, one hour lunch
We currently have an opportunity for a Complaints Handler to join our team at our hub in Basildon, Essex.
About The Role
This is a great opportunity to deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner whilst delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
Logging and investigating complaints about repairs and working with our contractors to plan and complete these works to offer a swift resolution. You’ll work to deliver the agreed targets within your service area, with the support from our Customer Performance Manager and will be required to attend meetings or provide service outside the usual working hours as agreed and if required, liaising with other departments also.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Complaints Handler with excellent customer service and administration skills.
- You will have social housing / repairs experience
- Have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required
