Student Learning Coach
Long term on-going position starting September
Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (37 hours pw with 1 hour lunch)
Pay £110-£125 per day depending on pay type

The Role
We are working with a College in Mid Essex who are seeking specialist Student Learning Coaches to join their college in ongoing posts. The role is supporting students with additional needs in a vocational learning environment for 16+. Role to start immediately.
Successful candidates will support learners with a range of SEND needs. You will be passionate about empowering young people towards independence and you will be confident to work with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
The role is 37 hours per week and for 38 weeks a year.

The Successful Candidate Must Have
- Enhanced DBS for working with Children on the update service
- Previous experience of working with students with SEN
- Right to work in the UK
- Immediate availability
- Be able to work 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday (cannot offer any flexibility on hours)
- Minimum Level 4 / C in Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent
