About the Role
We are seeking a highly academic, organised and ambitious graduate with a genuine interest in Learning & Development, Administration and Project Management to join a growing learning and consulting business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career within Learning & Development and Project Management, while gaining broad exposure to client delivery, business operations and consulting projects.
Working closely with the leadership team, consultants and external clients, you will play an important role in coordinating learning programmes, supporting consulting projects and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys learning, is naturally organised and has the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You do not need extensive professional experience; we are particularly interested in someone with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and a clear desire to develop a career within L&D and project coordination.
Requirements
- Strong academic background, ideally degree educated with a good classification.
- Genuine interest in Learning & Development, Project Management and business operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A willingness to learn new systems, including CRM, project management and learning platforms.
