Overview

Are you someone who loves getting to the bottom of a problem? Do you enjoy working with systems, digging into data and finding solutions when something isn’t working quite as it should?

We’re looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our Capability & Digital Learning team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our learning systems and processes running smoothly, acting as a first point of contact for queries, investigating issues and finding practical solutions for colleagues across the business.

You’ll also work with learning data and reporting, coordinate learning activity, support external suppliers and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Previous Learning Management System experience would be hugely beneficial, but we’re equally interested in people with strong systems experience, great attention to detail and, most importantly, the curiosity and determination to work through a problem and find the answer.

If you’re organised, confident working with data and systems, and get real satisfaction from solving problems and helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

  • 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays, 5 of which can be taken flexibly) increasing with service up to a maximum of 33 days
  • Hybrid working with up to 2 days working from home
  • Flexible start and end times around core working hours
  • Buy More Holiday - eligible colleagues can boost their holiday allowance by up to one extra week
  • Up to 14% employer pension contributions
  • Life cover up to 4x your salary
  • Health cash plan and discounted gym memberships (up to 25% savings)
  • 20% discount at Screwfix and B&Q

Responsibilities

  • Work with Learning and Development Team to effectively manage the administration of the Learning Management System and support their routine administrative activities
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders including external providers to coordinate and organise learning events
  • Administer various training solutions such as externally and internally delivered webinars, eLearning, video content and face to face workshops using the LMS
  • Look for administration solutions to improve colleague engagement of both mandatory and voluntary training content
  • Use the existing LMS functionality to its full capacity to improve the experience for the end user with considerations to accessibility principles and accurate maintaining content metadata
  • Use the LMS reporting and analytical functions to build and maintain reports and dashboards and spot trends in data, sharing insights with stakeholders
  • Manage business-sensitive information in line with data protection regulations to ensure the correct data is accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Work with our internal customer support teams to manage external vendor set up and executing ongoing contracting and invoicing activities to support our service delivery
  • First point of contact for colleague LMS queries and resolution across multiple channels including service ticketing platforms and shared mailboxes
  • Participation in cross-banner and cross-functional collaboration to effectively maintain LMS efficiencies
  • Create and maintain accurate digital records of learning activity with the LMS and uphold standardisation of content and version controls
  • Manage ad hoc colleague training requests and deliver excellent customer service to provide the relevant solution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
