We’re looking for a Learning & Culture Administrator to join our Learning & Culture team here at Southern Housing!
Reporting to the Training Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring strong foundations are in place for the work of a busy customer focused team by providing excellent administrative support. You’ll work with the L&C Coordinator and wider team to deliver excellence in course organisation, customer service, system administration and maintenance and general administration that supports the team to deliver a great learning experience across Southern Housing.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of 17.5 hours per week. Your working pattern will be agreed with your manager to support both business and individual needs.

- Providing a comprehensive end to end administration service for all Learning & Culture activity
- Being a Learning & Culture Ambassador through providing a proactive first contact point for all customers
- Supporting engagement with learning through innovative and engaging promotional activity across Southern Housing
- Administering day to day purchase orders, updating budget information and supporting provider set up on procurement systems
- Delivering effective, accurate and meaningful learning & culture data in the form of reports, dashboards and other appropriate methods of visualisation
- Supporting with events and learning and culture activities across the business
- Utilising various systems to administer, maintain and monitor learning and culture activity and services to customers

What You’ll Need
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)
- A logical approach to tasks

- Great organisation skills
- Ability and commitment to travel to all Southern Housing locations
