Job Title

For this opportunity we will be offering up to £35,000. This is a Hybrid role based at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury. This role will require occasional travel to our Head Office based in London Bridge (Travel costs are expensable).
Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager, the Learning & Culture Executive oversees learning platform management, training scheduling, and learner engagement. You will also collaborate closely with the HR and Talent teams—supporting recruitment coordination, internal communications, and general HR enquiries.
This is an exciting opportunity offering a broad spectrum of skills and experience across the People department as well as exposure to workshops delivered to our employees, giving you the opportunity to learn skills critical for high performance and progression. Alongside real, hands-on experience in learning platform management, recruitment coordination, internal communications, and employee engagement, you will complete a fully supported, 18 month CIPD HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship, giving you a solid pathway into the People profession.
In more detail, your role will include:
Learning & Culture Support
- Learning Platform management such as logging attendance to learning, scheduling workshops, setting up e-learning modules, and collecting learner feedback.
- Coordinating onboarding reviews and surveys, tracking completion rates and probation milestones.
- Assisting with company culture initiatives, Young Employee Program (YEP) workshops, and ED&I events.
HR Administration & Internal Comms
- Compiling monthly new starter/leaver reports and monitoring to ensure managers offer a positive employee experience
- Monitoring the HR inbox and ticketing system to identify trends for company-wide comms and guides.
- Maintaining HR system workflows for onboarding, offboarding, performance and learning.
- Drafting company communications and resolving general employee queries.

Recruitment Coordination
- Support with the recruitment admin for junior and high-volume roles, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Supporting offer administration, pre-onboarding checks, and maintaining recruitment templates to keep hiring running smoothly.
Requirements
Essential Criteria (What you definitely need)
- Experience: No prior HR or L&D experience is required. We care about your potential, curiosity, and passion for building a career in People & Culture.
- Qualifications: At least 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4, including English & Maths.
- Technical Knowledge: None required
- Core Skills: Exceptionally organised, strong attention to detail, clear written/verbal communication, and comfortable picking up digital tools. A proactive mindset with the ability to look at HR processes or employee feedback and suggest practical, thoughtful improvements. Comfortable balancing shifting priorities, from handling daily HR admin to managing recruitment queries during high-volume periods.
Desirable Criteria (The 'nice-to-haves')
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or administrative environment where supporting people was key.
- Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- An eye for design to help build engaging e-learning modules, eye-catching internal comms, and interactive workshop slides.
- Knowledge of HR, learning or recruitment processes and systems.
