Learning Delivery Assistant Manager (contract)

The Role
We are looking for an Learning Delivery Assistant Manager to support the team in turning our AI Skilling strategy into experiences that shape how colleagues adopt, engage with AI, and upskill themselves to be future ready. You will support in the effective delivery of learner journeys across AI Learning. You will work closely with AI Learning Delivery Manager, AI fluency leads, and change leads across the firm to make ambitious, complex programmes feel seamless for every learner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the End-to-End Learner Journey
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of AI skilling programmes, ensuring learners experience a seamless, engaging, and well-supported journey.
- Translate AI learning strategies into practical, scalable delivery plans across cohorts, locations, and business areas, bringing consistency and operational excellence.
- Simplify and continuously improve processes, standards, and learner touchpoints through technology, automation, and best practice.

Manage Stakeholders, Suppliers, and Delivery Interfaces
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure programmes meet learner and business needs.
- Manage supplier and delivery performance, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and escalating risks where required.
- Promote common standards and shared solutions, reducing duplication and improving delivery quality across the portfolio.

Improve Learner Success Through Data
- Use learner engagement, progression, and feedback data to identify risks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate insights into targeted interventions that enhance participation, skills development, and the learner experience.
- Develop clear reporting and dashboards that provide visibility of programme performance, outcomes, risks, and decision points.

Enable Governance, Quality, and Operational Excellence
- Support programme governance through effective financial management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and delivery planning.
- Drive operational efficiency and commercial value by optimising resources, improving supplier performance, and leveraging scalable solutions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Programme Management
- Demonstrable experience of managing learning projects or programmes across multiple career levels, ideally within professional services or another large, complex organisation.
- Data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insight to identify trends, make evidence-based recommendations, and tell a compelling story.
- Proven project management capability, including prioritising competing demands, coordinating contributors, monitoring budgets, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous Improvement
- You identify duplication and friction, translate ideas into practical change, and build approaches that others can adopt and sustain.
- Calm under pressure
- You anticipate risk, make sound judgements, and create confidence when priorities shift or delivery becomes complex.

Deliverables
- Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Support in the end-to-end management of the rollout of AI learning including scheduling, course descriptions, reporting, and tracking of impact.
- Support in session logistics and managing facilitators both internal and external.
- Promotion of learning and engagement with stakeholders to promote learning.
