Job Title: Learning Delivery Manager (contract)

Location: UK remote
Duration: 12 months
Contract Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We are looking for an Learning Delivery Manager to turn our AI Skilling strategy into experiences that shape how colleagues at Deloitte adopt and engage with AI and upskill themselves. You will own the delivery of learner journeys across AI Learning, lead the delivery of our AI Skilling strategy, create engaging learning experiences that drive AI adoption and future-ready skills across the firm. Working closely with AI fluency leads, change teams and stakeholders, you will oversee learner journeys, suppliers, budgets and delivery performance, ensuring programmes are scalable, impactful and centred on learner success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver End-to-End Learner Journey

    • Lead the delivery of AI learning journeys, ensuring a seamless, engaging and scalable learner experience.
    • Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation and best-practice delivery.
  • Manage Stakeholders, Suppliers and Delivery

    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.
    • Be the operational lead; Manage delivery risks, align cross-functional teams and champion consistent ways of working.

  • Improve Learner Success

    • Use learner data and insights to monitor performance, identify risks and improve engagement and outcomes.
    • Deliver clear reporting and dashboards that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Enable Governance, Quality and Operational Excellence

    • Oversee programme budgets, supplier performance and operational readiness to ensure effective delivery.
    • Embed quality, compliance and risk management while driving efficiency, scalability and value for money.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Delivery Lead: Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex learning, onboarding, talent or people programmes in a large or matrixed organisation
  • Strong track record: Turning strategy or programme design into coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams, audiences, locations and stakeholders
  • Experience: Owning programme budgets and forecasts, interpreting financial information and making sound decisions about cost, quality, risk and value
  • Managing suppliers: Including service performance, commercial challenge, procurement requirements and delivery relationships
  • Creating common processes: Across different business areas, with the judgement to know when to standardise and when flexibility genuinely adds value
  • Data analysis: Confidence using programme and learner data to identify risk, influence decisions, target interventions and demonstrate impact

Deliverables

  • End-to-end management of the rollout of AI learning: Including scheduling, course descriptions, reporting and tracking of impact
  • Managing facilitators: Both internal and external
  • Promotion of learning: Engagement with stakeholders to promote learning
