Learning & Development Business Partner
Doncaster (Hybrid, with travel to sites)
£52,000 – £62,000 + car / car allowance
Are you an L&D professional who wants to shape how an entire organisation grows its people? We're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join a leading business and take ownership of learning, leadership and talent development across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR
You'll be the go-to expert on developing people at every level, from emerging talent through to senior leaders. This is a role with real influence and the freedom to build programmes that make a measurable difference.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with the Head of HR to identify current and future learning needs that support business goals
- Designing, delivering and continuously improving leadership and management development programmes
- Coaching and challenging managers to strengthen their leadership and people management capability
- Driving talent and succession planning, and building career pathways for high-potential employees
- Managing the learning calendar and relationships with external training providers
- Using data and feedback to measure impact, and presenting insights to senior leadership
- Championing a culture of continuous learning across the business

What you'll bring
- Significant experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
- A track record of designing and delivering leadership or line management programmes
- Proven experience leading talent and succession planning
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills
- Confidence analysing people data and turning insight into practical solutions
- Flexibility to travel across sites

It would be great if you also had
- A coaching or psychometric qualification
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms
- Background in organisational design or change management
- Experience in a similar sector or size of organisation
