Vacancy Learning & Development Coordinator

Salary: Circa £31,826 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: Maidenhead - with opportunity to balance with remote working

About The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Services Team and help deliver an efficient, customer-focused learning and development service across the organisation.

As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our learning and development objectives by providing high-quality administration, coordination and support to colleagues, managers and external training providers.

  • Manage training requests and learning queries
  • Help coordinate internal and external training courses
  • Maintain accurate records on the HR database
  • Support the smooth running of e-learning, learning evaluations and performance management processes

This is a varied role where you will:

  • Liaise with colleagues across the organisation
  • Work with training providers
  • Organise course bookings and calendar invitations
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Process invoices
  • Update learning plans and intranet information
  • Provide reports to support learning and development management information

About you

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Comfortable maintaining accurate records and working with digital systems
