The Group Learning and Development function sits within HR and partners with teams across XPS to build capability, confidence and career development at every stage. We work with business areas to understand their learning needs, design practical and engaging learning solutions, and create a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the Group. Key Responsibilities

Reporting to a Learning and Development Business Partner, this is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping people build confidence and capability. You will design and deliver learning that makes a visible difference to colleagues across XPS, with regular travel across the UK to deliver face-to-face learning in different offices and settings. The role will also help you develop your experience across facilitation, stakeholder engagement and digital learning. The role will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering engaging, accessible and outcome-focused learning solutions using a range of methods, including face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, blended learning and digital learning content, in support of the Group learning and development strategy.
• Delivering training confidently and credibly to a range of audiences, including colleagues, line managers and senior stakeholders, adapting style, pace and content to meet different learning needs and group dynamics.
• Ensuring all learning content is accessible, inclusive and engaging for a broad range of learners.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand performance and capability needs, translate these into clear learning objectives, and create practical learning solutions that are relevant, engaging and measurable.
• Support the wider team with design and delivery of learning solutions to meet the needs of colleagues at all stages of their career.
• Evaluate learning programmes to ensure outcomes are met and make recommendations for improvement.
• Adopt continuous improvement methods to ensure there is a culture of improvement across all learning and development solutions.
• Supporting the development of digital and blended learning across the Group, including creating or curating e-learning content, encouraging learner engagement with digital platforms, and identifying opportunities to use technology to improve the learning experience.
