You’ll support our L&D Partners to understand business needs, shape digital-first learning solutions and use data to show impact. You’ll have structured support and mentoring from experienced partners, with the option to complete a CIPD Level 5 Apprenticeship alongside the role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support L&D Partners to build stakeholder relationships, understand team priorities and translate these into clear learning needs.
- Help gather and analyse skills, engagement and performance data to identify capability gaps and show the impact of learning.
- Contribute to engaging, digital-first learning solutions and blended programmes that support colleagues in the flow of work.
- Support future-skills initiatives in priority areas such as data, digital and AI, helping the organisation keep pace with change.
- Help embed a continuous learning culture by supporting onboarding, mandatory learning and initiatives that enable leaders and teams to grow.
What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate, or equivalent, with a genuine interest in learning and development and a desire to build a career as an L&D professional.
- Willingness to work towards a professional qualification, with the option to complete a CIPD Level 5 Apprenticeship alongside the role.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working alongside colleagues and learners across the organisation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several tasks and priorities while learning on the job.
- A curious, proactive mindset, with an interest in modern learning approaches, digital learning, skills-based development and using data to inform decisions.
