Are you passionate about developing people, building leadership capability and creating engaging learning experiences that make a real impact?
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Lead to drive a culture of continuous learning across Trident Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging learning programmes that build capability, develop leaders, enhance performance and support organisational growth. You'll work closely with colleagues and managers across the business to identify development needs, create impactful learning solutions and deliver high-quality training that makes a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning programmes.
- Lead management, leadership and skills development initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Manage and develop our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee mandatory and compliance training, reporting and learning records.
- Enhance onboarding and induction programmes for new colleagues.
- Line manage and develop the L&D Advisor.
- Evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement.

About You
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across a range of audiences.
- Experience developing managers and leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using learning technologies and LMS platforms.
- CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development (or equivalent experience).
- A passion for helping people learn, grow and succeed.
