Reporting directly into the CPO and part of the SLT, you will work closely with the senior People team and leaders across the business, you will ensure our people have the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive today and in the future. The role includes ownership of learning systems, compliance training, apprenticeships, leadership development and AI literacy initiatives.
As Learning & Development Manager, you will:
- Lead the organisation's Learning & Development strategy and roadmap.
- Own and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Design and embed career pathways and development frameworks.
- Drive leadership and management development programmes.
- Lead apprenticeship and early careers initiatives.
- Manage mandatory training, compliance reporting and learning governance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and future skills requirements.
- Champion responsible AI learning and future-focused capability development.
- Use data, insight and feedback to measure impact and improve learning outcomes
Profile
We are keen to speak with candidates who can make an impact quickly and are:
- Available immediately or on a short notice period.
- Experienced in Senior Learning & Development posititons within a medium to large organisation.
- Confident designing career pathways, development frameworks and learning programmes.
- Experienced in managing Learning Management Systems and learning technology.
- Knowledgeable in apprenticeships, levy funding and early careers programmes.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Data-driven with a passion for measuring and improving learning effectiveness.
- CIPD qualified or possess equivalent Learning & Development experience.

Job Offer
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
