Opportunity for Learning Development Partner

Salary: £54-58k + Car Allowance + Benefits

Location: North Staffordshire

Work Schedule: 5 Days per week, On-site with some International travel

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen in a well-established organisation for this newly created Learning Development Partner.

Responsibilities

Working as part of a small People Development function, as Learning Development Partner you will:

  • Build strong stakeholder relations with Directors and Heads of Departments.
  • Understand the People Development areas across different business areas.
  • Create, use external providers or existing learning solutions to deliver learning solutions.
  • Evaluate feedback and impact.
