Learning & Development Manager
As Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building organisational capability by designing and delivering learning programmes and resources aligned with IMI’s business and capability priorities. Working across IMI, you will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create relevant learning experiences that mitigate risk, improve capability and performance.
Approximately 50% of the role is dedicated to supporting the SuccessFactors project team. You will shape and deliver the project’s training strategy, lead the design of effective and accessible learning solutions, and project manage training activities to support successful implementation and user adoption.
This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning and performance gaps, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead global compliance learning to strengthen governance, maintain regulatory alignment and provide clear assurance of completion.
- Design and develop engaging blended learning, including workshops, e-learning modules, video content and coaching sessions.
- Curate and improve existing learning content with stakeholders to support performance and capability outcomes.
- Leverage learning technologies to deliver scalable, inclusive learning solutions, ensuring a consistent, engaging experience for global frontline and desk-based audiences.
- Establish and apply learning governance and quality standards to ensure content remains accurate, consistent and current.
- Use data and insight to guide learning strategy, design decisions and continuous improvement.
- Design and create assessments to measure learning and performance outcomes.
- SuccessFactors: Develop and maintain the training strategy, aligning learning priorities, audiences, delivery methods and timelines with the wider project plan.
- SuccessFactors: Project manage the training workstream, coordinating milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and stakeholder contributions to ensure timely delivery.
- SuccessFactors: Coordinate the development, review and approval of accurate and consistent training content, ready for deployment at the required project stages.
- SuccessFactors: Align training with communications, change management, testing, deployment and business-readiness activities to support successful adoption.
- Initiate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively driving stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and optimising resources to deliver within budget constraints.
- Embed the value of ‘Be Curious’ by encouraging and promoting learning opportunities and professional development.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and incorporate them into the company's learning ecosystem.

Experience Required
- Significant experience in designing and delivering effective learning interventions that improve performance, alongside demonstrated accountability for multiple programmes of work and their successful delivery.
- Occasional travel may be required.
