We are currently working with a well-established organisation in Haywards Heath who are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on L&D professional to make a real impact during a period of change and development.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the organisation’s learning and development strategy, ensuring employees have the skills and capability to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Designing and implementing an effective L&D strategy aligned to organisational goals
- Managing the full training cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Leading on management and leadership development programmes
- Supporting organisational change initiatives through targeted learning solutions
- Managing external training providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring training budgets and reporting on ROI and effectiveness
- Coaching and supporting managers to embed learning within teams

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager or Senior L&D role
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Be confident delivering training and facilitating workshops
- Have experience designing blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual and e-learning)
- Be pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally hold a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
