Job Introduction
Learning & Development Partner - Maternity Cover
Location: Remote + Field Based Travel

We are looking for a commercially minded & motivated Learning & Development Partner to join our L&D team. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will be responsible for delivering impactful learning content, both online and in person. You will scope, design, and build learning programmes to meet business needs all the while looking to drive engagement and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, understanding needs and key priorities
- Create engaging and effective training that can be delivered online and in person
- Program Design and Delivery: Create and implement leadership focused training
- Measure program effectiveness, leveraging insights to continuously refine and maximise return on investment
- Projects: Leadership Toolkit and resource creation, Line Manager Training Programme, Customer Service delivery

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in L&D, working closely with commercial teams ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience designing and delivering development programs both virtually and in person
- Commercial awareness linking learning initiatives to business outcomes
- Occasional travel to our Support Centre in Northampton and out to Practice
