Learning & Development Partner
As a Learning & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering effective learning and development programmes - particularly across managers. Your work will directly support the organisation's growth and performance by ensuring the team has the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

Description
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop impactful learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programmes, including onboarding and management development programmes.
- Create engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital learning, instructor-led training, workshops, and innovative learning methods.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimise learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring effective delivery, tracking, and user support.
- Contribute to the organisation's learning and development strategy, supporting career development, succession planning, and talent growth initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate training records and reporting.

Profile
A Successful Learning & Development Partner Should Have
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programmes, particularly management development.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment bringing agility and adaptability.
- Strong understanding of the similar operational sectors and its training requirements.
- An engaging and collaborative communication style with the ability to build stakeholder management relationships.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for e-learning and training delivery.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing development needs.

Job Offer
- Salary up to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract role for 12 months.
