We’re recruiting for a Learning & Development Partner for a public sector organisation based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, Dorest.

What will the Learning & Development Partner role involve?

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing tailored learning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Delivering engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and learning programmes to diverse audiences, fostering behavioural change and leadership growth.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and driving continuous improvement to ensure maximum impact.
  • Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, establishing credibility and trust as a trusted partner.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Suitable Candidate For The Learning & Development Partner Vacancy

  • Proven experience designing, delivering, and implementing learning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience working with diverse groups and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence, coach, and build effective relationships across organisational levels.
  • Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, balanced with a creative and adaptable approach.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and making a measurable difference.
