What will the Learning & Development Partner role involve?
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing tailored learning and leadership development initiatives.
- Delivering engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and learning programmes to diverse audiences, fostering behavioural change and leadership growth.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and driving continuous improvement to ensure maximum impact.
- Building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, establishing credibility and trust as a trusted partner.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

Suitable Candidate For The Learning & Development Partner Vacancy
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and implementing learning and organisational development initiatives.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience working with diverse groups and senior leaders.
- Demonstrable ability to influence, coach, and build effective relationships across organisational levels.
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, balanced with a creative and adaptable approach.
- Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and making a measurable difference.
