Reporting directly to the People Director, you will be instrumental in sustaining, refining and evolving our core L&D offering. You will be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning – delivering high-quality, measurable development initiatives and partnering with the wider People team to ensure organisational readiness for the future.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Delivery

  • Maintain and continuously refine existing L&D initiatives – including Foundry’s Mentoring programme, Guilds, management training and People Skills resources – identifying opportunities for simplification and automation
  • Assess L&D needs and recommend external training partners to deliver targeted, skill-specific learning content that builds internal capability
  • Own end-to-end logistics for all L&D initiatives, including scheduling, communications, venues and seamless coordination with external partners, ensuring seamless programme delivery
  • Proactively curate and recommend high-quality internal and external learning resources (e.g. articles, podcasts, online courses and books) mapped to our People Skills Framework to empower self-directed development
  • Manage the L&D budget with the People Director, prioritising critical needs and identifying cost-effective, high-impact solutions within allocated budgets
  • Maintain and continuously improve L&D content and resources, including Confluence pages – ensuring documentation is current, accessible and engaging
  • Design and deliver internal L&D programmes where appropriate to address specific organisational needs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
