4-6 Month Contract | Hybrid | 4 Days per Week in Office

Seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery of learning, capability and development initiatives during a period of business change and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate learning and development programmes across the organisation.
  • Facilitate workshops and development interventions.
  • Manage professional qualifications and accredited learning programmes.
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and support organisational change.
  • Manage external learning providers, coaching programmes and learning budgets.
  • Provide insight and reporting on learning effectiveness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven Learning & Development experience within financial services.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is essential.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.
  • Experience managing professional qualifications and development programmes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.
