4-6 Month Contract | Hybrid | 4 Days per Week in Office
Seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery of learning, capability and development initiatives during a period of business change and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate learning and development programmes across the organisation.
- Facilitate workshops and development interventions.
- Manage professional qualifications and accredited learning programmes.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and support organisational change.
- Manage external learning providers, coaching programmes and learning budgets.
- Provide insight and reporting on learning effectiveness and engagement.

Requirements
- Proven Learning & Development experience within financial services.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is essential.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.
- Experience managing professional qualifications and development programmes.
- Ability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.

Contract
- Duration: 4-6 months
- Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Start: Immediate or short notice preferred.
