Learning & Development Specialist – Sales Excellence
Global Role | Based from either London, Luton or Manchester offices | Hybrid Working
We are looking for an engaging, credible sales educator who combines instructional design expertise with real commercial or sales experience. The successful candidate will have designed and delivered sales capability programmes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Above all, they will be motivated by seeing their learning interventions show up in improved conversion, confidence and commercial performance across the Global sales community.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Development, you will execute sales excellence learning initiatives aligned to the wider L&D strategy, contributing your ideas and expertise, whilst working within the strategic direction set by the Global Head of L&D.
This is a hands-on specialist role where you'll combine learning expertise with a deep understanding of sales excellence to create programmes that deliver measurable business impact. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, coaching teams, facilitating engaging learning experiences and embedding world-class sales capability across our global organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver a global Sales Excellence curriculum
- Facilitate engaging training programmes across multiple regions and business areas.
- Partner with sales leaders to create targeted development solutions.
- Coach managers and sales professionals to embed learning
- Measure learning effectiveness through commercial outcomes
- Leverage technology and AI-enabled learning tools to enhance the learner experience and scale delivery globally.

You’ll work collaboratively as part of the L&D team, providing support to colleagues and taking a proactive, hands-on approach to achieving shared goals.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines credible sales learning expertise and professional L&D qualifications with genuine commercial understanding.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales capability, sales enablement or commercial learning programmes.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage everyone from new starters through to experienced sales leaders.
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies
- Experience creating blended learning journeys incorporating instructor-led, digital and on-the-job learning.
- The ability to use data and commercial metrics to demonstrate learning impact.
- Technology and digital learning fluency, using platforms and AI-enabled learning tools to personalise and scale delivery.
- Experience working within international, multi-site or matrix organisations would be highly advantageous.
- Degree educated or equivalent, with excellent facilitation, coaching and storytelling and leadership skills.
