Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and lead impactful learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance across the business.
π About the Role
As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's learning and talent development strategy, ensuring employees and leaders have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to achieve business objectives.
Working closely with HR, business leaders, and functional teams, you will identify capability gaps, create engaging learning solutions, and drive leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
π Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement the organization's learning and development strategy.
- Design innovative learning programmes aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct learning needs analyses and identify capability gaps.
- Build structured learning pathways for employees and leaders.
Leadership Development
- Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes.
- Support succession planning and high-potential talent development.
- Coach managers and leaders to improve leadership effectiveness.
- Develop mentoring and coaching initiatives across the organization.

Training Delivery
- Facilitate workshops, leadership programmes, and professional development sessions.
- Create engaging digital, classroom, and blended learning content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programmes.
- Manage relationships with external learning providers and consultants.
Talent & Performance
- Support performance management and career development initiatives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to improve employee engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Monitor learning KPIs and report programme outcomes.
Learning Technology & Innovation
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Introduce innovative learning technologies and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement across learning processes.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7β10 years' experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational development experience.
