Job Description

Location: Remote

We're looking for a passionate Learning & Development Trainer to join our growing team at Altogether Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong care background who wants to take the next step in their career while continuing to make a lasting impact.

The Role

  • Part-time hours: 3 full days (with opportunity to increase)
  • Salary: £14.35 to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Coverage: Salisbury, Bath, Hampshire and surrounding areas

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training across our services
  • Support colleagues to develop their skills, confidence and competence
  • Work with managers to identify learning needs and support competency assessments
  • Help manage our Learning Management System and digital learning resources
  • Promote best practice, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation
  • Encourage teams to grow, develop and deliver exceptional care for clients and families

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about social care and excited by the opportunity to help others learn and succeed.

You'll

Essential:

  • Have experience working in health and social care
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • Be willing to travel across our service areas
  • Have strong IT skills and be comfortable using digital learning systems
  • Enjoy engaging and motivating others
  • Understand the importance of quality, compliance and person-centred care
  • Be committed to keeping up to date with changing regulations, best practice and innovations in social care
  • Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), PTLLS, or be willing to work towards it with our support
