Support Worker within Learning Disability Services

LOCATION: Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire

PAY RATES: £16.81 - £21.01 per hour (holiday pay inclusive)

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

We’re looking for Support Workers within Learning Disability Services who are committed to making a real difference—people who truly care and want to build long-term partnerships with those they support.

You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to support a bright, resilient and engaging young person with a great sense of humour. The role involves building a trusting relationship, encouraging independence, and supporting interests such as art, baking, cooking, education and community activities.
