LingoClass 是位於倫敦 Holborn（Zone 1）的亞洲語言與文化學校，專注於成人中文、廣東話、日語及韓語教學。我們相信，學習語言不只是學習溝通，更是認識一種文化與生活方式。
目前每週開設約 30 個團體課程及 40+ 一對一課程，學生來自世界各地。我們提供以實體教學為主的學習體驗，致力打造專業、充滿活力且具國際化的語言學習社群。
因應業務持續成長，我們正在尋找一位 Learning Experience and Brand Coordinator（學習體驗與品牌專員），與我們一起提升學生學習體驗、經營品牌形象，並規劃精彩的文化活動。

📍 工作地點: LingoClass Office（Holborn, London Zone 1）
🗓 工作時間: 每週 5 天，每天 4 小時（週一至週六排班）
- 週一至週五：3:00pm–9:00pm 間安排 4 小時
- 週六：10:00am–6:00pm 間安排 4 小時
工作時數將依表現逐步增加
薪資將於面試時說明
📋 工作內容
1. 學習體驗與課務支援
- 協助課程行政與日常教務安排
- 準備及管理課堂教材與教學資源
- 出席紀錄及學生通知
- 協助升級班級安排（證書、禮物、拍照等）
2. 品牌內容與社群經營
- 維護 Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、YouTube、Google Business、Reddit、小紅書等平台
- 拍攝及剪輯課程、活動及品牌相關影音內容
- 回覆社群留言、訊息及網路評價
- 協助規劃與執行品牌內容，提升學校形象與曝光
3. 文化活動與學生體驗

- 協助規劃及執行文化活動、校內活動及學員交流活動
- 管理 Eventbrite 及活動報名流程
- 定期進行學生滿意度調查，整理回饋與改善建議
4. 團隊協作
- 與教學、行政及營運團隊合作，提升學生學習體驗
- 協助教師會議、團隊活動及其他行政事務
- 提出改善流程及學生體驗的建議
✨ 歡迎有以下特質的你
- 對教育、語言學習及文化交流充滿熱情
- 喜歡品牌經營、內容創作及活動企劃
- 具備基本影音拍攝與剪輯能力（有相關經驗者佳）
- 英文溝通能力良好，能與學生、教師及合作夥伴順暢交流
- 熟悉 Canva 及社群平台（Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、YouTube、小紅書等）
- 細心、有責任感，具良好的時間管理與組織能力
- 主動積極，能獨立完成工作，也樂於與團隊合作
- 持有效英國工作簽證（至少一年以上），可於倫敦辦公室工作
