As Doubtless Pet Care continues to grow, we are seeking a Learning Experience Manager to join our People team.
In this key role, you’ll turn business and capability needs into clear, engaging learning journeys that boost performance, strengthen leadership, and build future-ready skills. You’ll help create a learning culture that’s people-focused, data-driven, and powered by technology—while ensuring everything aligns with FCA/PRA regulatory standards.

Location: This is a hybrid role with occasional presence in our Amesbury and London offices.
What you’ll get up to as our Learning Experience Manager
- Lead and develop a team of learning designers and facilitators, promoting brand values, inclusivity, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Coach and support team members to maintain high performance.
- Design tools and programmes that support career pathways, capability frameworks, and management development.
- Deliver blended learning journeys using digital, social, and experiential methods.
- Oversee the creation of accessible, high-quality training materials.
- Collaborate with UK and European HR teams to deliver consistent, locally adaptable onboarding experiences.
- Curate learning content aligned with business, regulatory, and cultural priorities.
- Provide expertise on learning interventions and legislative developments.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions drive measurable performance.
- Lead key programmes including onboarding, management development, and professional growth.
- Work with Talent Partner to align capability frameworks with strategic and future skill needs.
- Manage learning platforms, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure effective and engaging solutions.
- Align system requirements with business needs.
- Champion digital and AI-driven learning for scalability and personalisation.
- Ensure mandatory training meets regulatory and data standards.
- Promote inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning experiences.
- Maintain training records and reporting to meet FCA/PRA and SMCR requirements.
- Ensure IDD training is accurately tracked and reported.
- Support policy alignment with evolving regulatory standards.

What We Look For In You
- Experience designing and delivering learning experiences in complex, regulated, multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to link learning to business outcomes.
- Skilled in managing digital learning platforms and vendor relationships.
- Confident using data and analytics to inform design and measure impact.
- Comfortable working across diverse teams and adapting to varied business needs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and future-focused mindset.
- Resilient and able to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of FCA/PRA regulations and their impact on learning and culture.
- Awareness of market trends and commitment to continuous development.
