Development program
In collaboration with SDA Bocconi of Milan, one of the most renowned international Business Schools, GEWISS has structured a development program dedicated to high potentials: the goal is to train future leaders who share a management approach and leadership style. The path includes analyzing solid role models and experimenting with best practices in daily business management. The challenge is to instill in participants skills, knowledge and tools to support strategic business development.

- Face and interpret the challenges of the global scenario in which GEWISS operates as an international company in continuous growth.
- Develop an integrated vision of the company as a complex and dynamic system, becoming examples of collaboration, team spirit, support and a sense of belonging.
- Acquire managerial tools to evaluate the impact of decisions on business and financial aspects, understanding one's contribution to the company strategy and supporting that of others.
- Be aware of one's role, promote diversity and inclusion, personal leadership and people empowerment, stimulating change and innovation.
