The Learning Lead will provide expertise in the delivery, coordination, and evaluation of mandatory learning, induction, and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions through engaging and effective learning solutions.
They will play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality training and development opportunities that support safe, effective, and compassionate care. The post holder will lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme, and mandatory training provision, ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to fulfil their roles.
Main Duties Of The Learning Lead Are
- Support the management and delivery of mandatory training across the division to ensure colleagues complete required learning within agreed timescales.
- Lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of Provide Care Solutions Induction programmes, ensuring it provides a positive, engaging, and informative experience for all new colleagues.
- Support the development and maintenance of online learning resources within the Learning Management System.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning and development practice, mandatory training requirements, adult learning methodologies, and developments within health and social care.
